XTR4/180 Boom-Type Tunnel Roadheader is specially designed for small section tunnel of water conservance project and underground pipe and tunnel engineering with features of advanced configuration, good performance, stability, and sefery.
Modular designed narrow machine.
With the machine width of 1.7m, shovel plate width of 1.9m, the machine is for small section tunnel working.
Cutting mechanism
Cutting head for hard rock is equipped to make great rock breaking ablility, high cutting efficiency, and low cutting teeth consumption.
Transporting mechanism
The first stage of the transport of dregs prevents chain seizure. It can avoid chain jumping or seizure and improve the transport effciency.
Spraying System
Dual anti-dusting technology(water spray and fan) improve working environment
Independent cooling system
The air-cooled cooling system is adopted. The machine can work under the condition of lack of water or not water.
Hydraulic system
The dydraulic system adopts the tehnology of constant power, pressure breaking, load sensitivity control, and collateral line filter to ensure the cleanliness of hydraulic oil. In this way, it is to prolong service life of hydraulic components and reduce failure. Main hydraulic components adopt the products of international famous suppliers.
