Technical Features of XZ2200
• Strong Power: it adopts 484 kW Cummins engine with turbocharged torque increment function featuring large power reserve, which ensures that the machine can perform pipe laying work at any complex geological conditions.
• Hydraulic system: it adopts advanced control technologies such as closed energy-saving circuit, load sensing control and electro-hydraulic proportional control. It adopts excellent filtration devices and imported elements which ensures energy-saving and reliable quality.
• Slewing system: drive by low speed and big torque motor, featuring big start torque; two speed gears, high work efficiency; and automatic high pressure protection for high reliability.
• Push/pull system: gear rack type, three-speed gear stepless speed regulation, smooth and efficient operation.
• Sliding drill mounting: the high strength drill mounting can be applicable to drill stems of various lengths; driven by the cylinder, the angle of sliding drill mounting can be conveniently adjusted.
• Powerful clamp: it adopts clamp and power head suspension technology, which effectively reduces the wear of the thread of drill stem and extends its service life. The removal of the clamp is efficient and reliable.
• Wire controlled travel: wire controlled steel track travel makes the site transfer more quick and convenient.
