Double winch and single row rope construction extend the life-span of the steel rope, reduce the construction cost. The control system equipped with an encoder ensures the accurate synchronization of double winches reduces the frequency of synchronized adjustment and increases the construction efficiency.
Equipped with advanced inclinometer, which can provide the grab adjustment and fall down protection function, it can record and memory the locus grab, and draw the wall curve. This can effectively guarantee the wall precision.
The control system equipped with an encoder ensures the accureate synchronization of double winches reduces the frequency of synchronized adjustment and increases the consruction efficiency.
With the load-sensing control, the hydraulic system can effectively increase the utilization rate of system reaoureces and also the construction efficiency.
With quick plug connectors used in the circuit of control system, the fault rate is redcuced and accordingly the time consumed for fault detection is shortened.
