2. It has a removable PTFE coated heating plate with highly accurate temperature control system.
3. The electric planing tool with safety limit switch enables it to start only when it is locked in the operation position.
4. Changeable welding position is more convenient while welding various fittings more easily.
5. The pipe fusion machine offers a separate two-channel timer that records time in soaking and cooling phases.
6. The high accurate and shockproof pressure meter indicates clearer readings.
7. A labor saving and highly efficient crane is available to lift the planning tool and heating plate.
8. The pipe fusion machine is made of lightweight and high strength material. It is specially designed with a clamp opening angle of 45º.
9. The pipe fusion machine offers low starting pressure and a highly reliable seal structure.
Applications
The pipe fusion machine is used for butt welding of plastic pipes and/or fittings made of PE, PP, and PVDF in a ditch at the worksite or the workshop.
