XSC20/1000 deep well drilling rig is equipped with CNHTC 8X8 all-wheel-drive automotive chassis, meeting the national IV emission standards, and equipped with off-road radial tire of transverse pattern, with super strong off-road performance. High strength of chassis structure, adopt low cab structure, easy for transportation and good passing ability. And it is equipped with ABS anti-braking device.

1.      Power system

The upper vehicle adopted engines of Cummins 6BTAA5.9-C180, whose rated power is 132kW/2200rpm, in Phase II turbocharged engine with intercooler.

2.      Hydraulic system

Main oil-way of hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control system, and the system can automatically adjust displacement of main pump according to load size, to realize distribution of flow according to needs to achieve the goal of energy-saving. For the composite action, the system can ensure continuous and stable work for each action.

4. Main winch

XSZ1000 deep well drilling rig adopts double rope winch device, and the roller is designed as helix structure, and equipped with pressure rope device, keep steel wire rope neatly and orderly arranging on roller. 

5. Drill tower

Drill tower are designed as truss structure, and the body frame and the supporting frame all adopt high strength square steel for welding. Component selection and positioning can make it obtain maximum torsional strength, flexural strength and yield strength, which effectively ensures the drilling accuracy, all hinge joints adopt the lubrication pin structure which can rotate flexibly.

6. Top drive

Top drive power head drives drill rod and DTH hammer to rotate to achieve pure rock drilling for slot mechanism. Power head is designed to meet special rotate speed and torque requirements required for roller bit or DTH hammer in drilling operations. The transmission mode adopting four low-speed heavy load hydraulic motors with a reducer is used to transmit torque and rotate speed, the reducer uses level 1 straight teeth involute column gear drive form, the transmission ratio is 2.8, the gear is symmetrically distributed with compact structure and high stability. 

7. Feeding system

Adopt new type of feeding system which includes a compression and decompression oil cylinders with wire rope, achieve fast-slow drilling and improve work efficiency through variable pump. In the drilling process, the hydraulic system can be set in advance according to the drilling speed of drill rod and the pressure required at bottom and the drilling parameters can be steplessly adjusted by controlling the pump flow and pressure, which greatly facilitates the user’s operation. 

8. Mud pump

It adopted the well-known brand mud pump in China, the mud pump uses duplex metal cylinder liner, which greatly enhances the service life of the product, while the system adopted mechanical shift, the mud output pressure and flow rate can be freely switched through shift mechanism without changing liners, which greatly facilitates on-site operation and reduces auxiliary time of equipment maintenance.

9. Rod switching device

The automatic rod changing device is used for clamping, installing and dismounting the drill rod, and the main parts are two hydraulic clamping devices and one hydraulic locking device. The clamping device of the rod changer consists of the upper and lower parts, and the clamping force of a single hydraulic cylinder is 7.5t; the locking device of the drill rod provides the locking force with maximum limit of 2t. 

10. Drill rod

The drill rod can select and use various single-walled or double-walled drill rod with its specification within the range of φ73mm-φ178mm.
